Explore Dark Skies and Southern Stars

Join us during kunanyi Mountain Run festival at Wellesley Park after dark revel at the stars above. This tour is a special one off event is brought to you in collaboration with Astronomical Society of Tasmania.

This tour incorporates expert guidance from the Astronomical Society of Tasmania and the star stories. Depending on the time of year we should be able to look at planets, then we'll look further out to the milky way and into deep space.

We will spend an extended period outside in the cold and advise you pack all or warmest clothing.

• Please bring a torch, a face mask, warm clothing and a pair of binoculars if you have them.
• Fingers crossed for clear skies, we should know by ~5pm if the tour needs to be cancelled, all tickets will be fully refunded. Cancellation will only occur if the skies are forecast to totally blocked by cloud.
